SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The GMDC is proud to offer scholarship opportunities designed to support local residents who are committed to advancing their careers and making a meaningful impact within Morris County. These scholarships aim to invest in the personal and professional growth of individuals whose skills, knowledge, and dedication will contribute to the continued vitality and success of our communities.
The Flint Hills Regional Leadership Program is a dynamic initiative serving as a cooperative effort among Fort Riley, Kansas State University and Geary, Riley, Pottawatomie & Wabaunsee Counties, that identifies and motivates leaders in the area to ensure growth in the northern Flint Hills region. In 2024, Morris County was admitted as an associate member.
Their mission is to empower leaders from diverse backgrounds with 21st-century skills, fostering a vibrant future for the region.
