Meet The Team!

Prior to coming to Morris County in 2019, I served as the Economic Development Director in Wabaunsee County. I am passionate about rural communities and have always lived and worked in one. I believe for rural areas to continue to stay relevant there always needs to be boots on the ground and elbows on the table. In addition to my duties at the GMDC, I serve on the Board of Directors of Kansas Economic Development Alliance and I am also on the Board of Trustees of the Emporia Community Foundation.

I have lived in Council Grove my entire life. I graduated from Council Grove Junior Senior High in 2018. After I graduated I began attending Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS. I am now a senior at K-State and I am on track to graduate Fall of 2023 with my degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources with minors in Entrepreneurship as well as leadership. I am very excited to work for GMDC this summer and very grateful for the opportunity to work for a great organization!
